My name is Sabrina (Canadian) and I live with my partner Rodrigo (Brazilian). We’ve just bought our first home in Coffs Harbour. I have now moved there, so we are looking to rent our spare room. Rod stays at the house to work from Monday evening to Friday morning, and is in Coffs every weekend to work on our new place — which means you’ll have the house to yourself most of the time.
During the week, you’d be sharing with Rod only. Occasionally I might come up with our dog for a few days.
Rod works as a construction site supervisor and has a pretty set routine. He’s active and health-focused, with the gym most evenings, and is always on top of cleaning and keeping the place in order. He’s super friendly, respectful of people’s space, and easy to live with.
