About the flatmates
Hi Everyone.
I am a 40 year old female who is working full-time and studying part-time. I am looking for a housemate who is neat and tidy and likes animals. I have a cat and a dog (12 year old ginger cat and a 6 year old kelpie X Labrador). The rent can be reduced to 220 per week if you are happy to look after my cat when I am away (just need to feed him and change his kitty litter).
It would also be great to have someone who can share the mowing with me. It is a quiet place with bushland behind the house. It is a good place for studying and relaxing. It's a 10 minute walk to Goonellabah shops. Bills and unlimited internet included in rent. You would have your own bathroom and car space off the street. We have a wood heater to keep us warm this winter. Wood is already supplied and included in the rent.
You would share the house with me, Billie (dog) and Tom (cat). All of us are friendly and keen to find our housemate!
