A bit about me:
I work full time as a teacher in Sydney so I'm out most of the day on weekdays. When I'm home during week 90% of the time I'll be reading or creating/playing music.
What I'm looking for in a tenant:
Someone who communicates well so if there's anything that needs to be addressed it's easily worked out without any stress.
My absolute preference would be another person who likes music but this is by no means necessary.
Usually my housemate and I clean on the weekend but as long as your area is cleaned within the week that's fine.
I don't mind if you have parties on Fridays or Saturday's.
Just someone whose easy going really.
