Close to shops, train station and the local bus picks up and drops off at front of house, there is a gym just down the road in walking distance, as most things are from this residence, so therefore owning your own car is definitely not a criteria. The new tenant has the right to all amenities, with consideration to the other tenants. Rent will include bedding but renter must supply own personal items. For eg toilet paper, food and laundry supplies. All of the rooms include the use of internet, water, power and gas will be charged as the bills become available Netflix is available, and on those chilly nights there is a slow combustion fire to keep warm by. The first pictured is the double which is $250 for 1 person or if a couple or 2 friends where to rent it then the price would be $350. (Single beds would be supplied). The first single room is $175, and comes with a made single bed, wardrobe and a chest of draws. The second is $180 and comes with the same as the first. The bathroom is shared with the other people who happen to be here at the same time. Out in the spacious backyard, that is fully fenced there is a comfy swinging seat with a lovely pond area and newly planted ferns to relax by, only just completed but it is a very tranquil, cool and calm place to sit and read a good book, or study whatever be your thing. If the new tenants would like to have their friends over for a meal then out on the back deck there is a BBQ and a blue tooth music set-up, before people get the wrong impression, this is far from a party house, but I, as other people do enjoy the company of my friends and would just like to let the new tenants know that as long as they, and their guests are respectful there would not be a problem with that at all. I have not put Welfare welcome owing to the fact that it is preferred not to have those on welfare.
We have a family home set on 5 acres in Sun Valley that we would love to share. With 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms there's room for everyone. Downstairs consists of lounge, dining, family rooms, kitchen, laundry, back officer and w/c. Plus a studio area off to the side which you would be welcome to make use of if you need an artistic working space. Upstairs are the bedrooms and bathrooms. The large main bathroom would be shared if there is more than one tenant. Both bedrooms have build in wardrobes with big windows and lots of light. Can be furnished or unfurnished depending upon your needs. The two rooms can be utilised by the one tenant at a reduced rate if required. Couples are welcome. Would prefer non-smoker however outside smoking would be ok. The house has a large north facing deck (currently under refurbishment) and a lovely sunny outlook. Heaps of off street parking and a quiet calming atmosphere where a variety of birds come to talk. Sun Valley is a small community of 70 properties within the Blue Mountains and is a dedicated flora and fauna reserve with walking trails running through it - and only 7 minutes from Springwood.
We call this share accommodation but it is like having a private place to yourself. We use part of the house about once in two months. So if you want a private place but are prepared to put up with the occasional very short invasion, this might be OK for you. There is a large bedroom, great kitchen, loungeroom, bathroom (and possibly another room). We are a family with 2 kids (4yrs and 7yrs) and about once each 8 weeks (or less) we come up for the weekend or overnight and do a little bit of work on the place. Looking for independent type and definitely a non-smoker, and sorry no pets either. The whole place is furnished, including the bedroom (double bed, drawers) so you can just walk in and unpack. It's about 1 km from Katoomba Station. There are buses between the house and the station. There will be a fixed arrangement for electricity bills. If you need phone or internet you will have to get the connection yourself. If your situation needs some flexibility you can contact me and we can discuss whether it will work.

Massive external laundry, patio with fully equipped BBQ facilities, two bush seating areas. There is access to Netflix, views from many of the common areas. The house has been recently fitted with solar panels reducing our carbon footprint as well as our energy costs. This is a lifestyle home.

The bottom of our split level home is complete with a private bathroom (shared only if both downstairs rooms are occupied), kitchenette, lounge area and two queen bedrooms, both furnished with built-ins. With the exception of the shared laundry , we rarely go downstairs, so your privacy is ensured. Our neighbourhood is a very safe and friendly area and our home is fully fenced. You will have a private entrance and plenty of (on or off) street parking. We are located within an easy five minute walk to the railway station and local shops and a 10 minute drive to the M4 motorway or into Penrith. We are open to discussing any reasonable requests regarding board for a couple, or if both rooms were to be let. This house is walking distance from the train station and has busses go past about every hour. There is a large grassy yard with lots of sun. With a large kitchen and places to relax I’m sure you will enjoy living here!
