Hi there, we are advertising for a housemate on behalf of a 25-year-old woman, the lovely Miranda!!

Miranda is a social person with a wonderful sense of humour.

Miranda is a hospitality worker, volunteers, is in a choir, and is a tennis student. She loves animals, the gym, travelling, cooking, and eating healthy meals. She is very capable and independent.

Miranda has a lovely 3-bedroom townhouse in central Hobart, close to the waterfront. The 2-storey townhouse is fully furnished and spacious, with a combined open plan living, dining and kitchen, a private courtyard providing a great space for entertaining, and a balcony that gives a great sense of space. The complex has a pool, BBQ area, and gym.

Miranda has been living here for the past two years, with housemates. One of her current housemates is moving out at the end of Jan.

She has a wonderful team of family, friends and paid supporters around her, and is seeking a housemate to join her and her current housemate.

Our goal is to help Miranda find housemates who have strong values around creating a welcoming and inclusive home and wider community, and who are open to sharing life with a more vulnerable member of the community.

In exchange for a housemate’s mentorship and companionship, we are able to offer subsidised rent, so you would pay only $100/week. The arrangement would commence in Feb 2026.
