There are 2 male housemates including me 33 working mostly weekends as a registered nurse & my housemate 35 who is a baker. The room itself is $200. $25 for NBN & electricity are included for a total of $225 per week. I am ultimately seeking another long-term housemate, not just stays of a few weeks or months. We only have one off-street parking space but it can be made available to you if you need to use a car regularly. IF YOU WANT A BIGGER ROOM, the much much bigger main room (also pictured) is a possible option instead but it would be $280 per week not including the ~$25 for NBN & electricity.

It's a great central location - easy walking distance to the city (about 5 -10mins), close to the Aquatic Centre and Botanical Gardens. It has heating, a modern kitchen with all the essentials like a dishwasher so it makes this an easy task :), and a nice bathroom with a spa bath for those times you just want to really relax and a sunny outdoor patio with an enclosed back veranda that catches the sun. Location is awesome and this is one of the reason why I pick this house, just 2 second you can be on highway and 2 minutes into the city, bus is also available if don't feel like driving, plenty of on street parking which is a big relief. The house got a genuous size of bedrooms which could give you enough room for furnitures into however you like it and got plenty of sun in the morning and afternoon. Living room is cosy with a good sound system which I spend most of my time there working. Kitchen got gas stove top which cooks amazing and quick, and the backyard is a good size for summer bbq party.
