This 3-bedroom townhouse is in a prime location at the heart of Hobart's CBD. It's located opposite the RHH, around a 20-minute commute via bus to UTAS, an easy stroll to the mall, and a short walk on the harbour to Salamanca (and the markets!).
The house has three floors. Downstairs is two bedrooms and a larger shared bathroom/laundry. Upstairs is the kitchen, a smaller bathroom, and lounge room. The third bedroom is located above the kitchen in the loft.
The house is part of a complex, managed by a body corporate. The outdoor spaces are shared by all units, and includes a pool and picnic space, and the complex itself is secured by a locked gate.
The unit was built in 2003 and is is really good condition, with some expected wear and tear. The walls are pretty thick, and you don't hear noise from the neighbours.

I'm a 25-year-old guy, and I've just moved from Sydney after finishing my medical degree, and as of January will be working full-time at the RHH as a junior doctor.
I value my personal space and privacy, but although I'm not much of a party person, I also love a warm, friendly, and supportive household, and would very much love to hang out or catch up with a coffee, drink, or game.
When I've got free time, I'm really excited to explore Hobart and its natural environment, and I love bushwalking and hiking.
