3 Storey Town House | total 4 flatmates
Media room onto lower ground level onto courtyard, furnished with double bed, futon/couch, hanging clothes racks. I am aiming to find a tall boy set of draws. Shared large bathroom with dual basin. This room has the possibility to add your own projector. There is space within the room for bedroom and lounge room/study.
The flatmate will need to provide their own linen/bedding/pillows/towels etc.
Total weekly amount (paid fortnightly in advance) will includes fully furnished property and bills (power, water, wifi, and cleaner of bathroom and floors fortnightly). $360 per week.
Shared spaces:
Kitchen & Dining Room: 2 fridges, 2 pantries, plenty of storage and bench space. Table with 4 seats.
Lounge Room: large couch, tv and surround sound.
Laundry: Washer/Dryer.
Courtyard: large courtyard space with shaded space under balcony, and clothes line.
Parking: there is no off street parking available. There is on-street parking available at certain times. It is possible to get a residence permit however I don't know exactly what parking that it permits. There are two car parking sites available very close by, however one would need to enquire in order to find out the cost and availability.
Heating: Floor heating
Windows: Double glazed window, cannot hear any road noise.
This house is very spacious so there's plenty of space to relax and unwind individually or enjoy an after work beverage together.
Hobart Rivulet walk is very close.

About the flatmates
Hi there, I am a 'young' 42 female, and have just moved from Launceston to Hobart. I work in finance in the CBD. As it's a new role I will be focussed on work and study of an evening. I also walk my dog Luna Belle once or twice a day and do yoga. When time permits I also like MTB, surfing and creating art.
Other flatmates: 26yo female doctor and 28yo male engineer from France.
In a flat mate I'd like a fellow professional/student who is a dog lover and will take care to ensure Luna doesn't get out onto busy Macquarie Street. :)
