I am looking for someone to take over the lease from housemate, who's leaving. Entry date is flexible and bond is also flexible, but I will need the person to be on the contract with real state. The room is currently furnished with some of his stuff but we can either (1) get rid of it or (2) leave it there, if it suits the person moving in.

Hi,
My name is Vinicius but call me Vini. I am a 31 yo male from Brazil who’s currently wrapping up a PhD in Geology at UTAS. I’ve been living in Hobart for 3.5 years, and roughly 3 of those in this house, and now I am hoping to find a new person to join me in it. I’m an organized guy that likes the house to be clean but also not anal about it and understanding that sharing a house is about accepting some of each other’s quirks. Most weekdays I am working at university on a rough 9-5 schedule. On my free time I try to go for a surf if the swell allows or play guitar (as picture I have a few). Feel free to tell me to stop playing or make it quiet tho. Other time I’ll go for a hike, camping and all of that classic tassie jazz. In a housemate I’m looking for someone who’s working or student, who’s got a few hobbies themselves and who’s chill and willing to tackle some house cleaning every now and then. Bonus points if you surf (I suck so more points if you do too) or play some music. We don’t have to be best mates but I do enjoy having a beer with my previous flatmates and maybe cooking something every now and then. If that sounds good to you then flick me a message 😊
