About the property
The property is located in a quiet block away from the streets with a spacious yard out the front and off-street parking. It is a minute walk to Ba-Wa and a 10 minute walk into the city centre.
Your room is a large space located on the second floor with plenty of natural light and privacy.
We are looking for someone who is in their 20s to early 30s, works full-time, tidy, and is open to having chats occasionally with the other housemates. This is a no smokers and no parties house.
For looking at the house and meeting the housemates, after 5pm weekdays works best, or weekends can be arranged.
