About the flatmates
I enjoyed living with these two gentle giants this year. All three of us are 24-25 years old and we enjoy hiking, camping, and other outdoor activities such as tennis, surfing and riding our bikes. We found one of our housemates, Mikey, off Flatmates.com midway through the year and I feel lucky to say he is now a mate as well as a housemate. He is especially into hiking/camping and creates and edits videos documenting his trips. He works at a fancy restaurant and sometimes brings home some perks from the workplace. Our other housemate, Nelson, is especially interested in cars and is insanely talented at cooking, which he is likely to do for us weekly. He has just completed his final year of medicine and has been offered a job as an intern doctor at the Royal Hobart Hospital next year. I am very sad to say goodbye to these ideal housemates, however I am also a medical student and I have been placed in Launceston for next year by the University so I must move there. Anyone looking for the ideal student living arrangement or somewhere chill and youthful should feel right at home here.
