Join our beautiful Battery Point cottage! 🏡
The house is a historic whaler’s cottage with plenty of character. It’s got beautiful views over Sandy Bay and Kunanyi, and just a 10 minute walk to Sandy Bay shops or a 15 minute walk into the city.
The bedroom is honestly huge, and while there’s no built-in storage, I am open to leaving the room furnished if that suits the new tenant.
The house has ducted heating which warms the place up really quickly in winter, a big backyard, and a nectarine tree in the front. It’s quiet and cosy and extremely cottage-core.

About the flatmates
Sadly leaving my beautiful home in Battery Point at the end of March, and looking for someone to join my two housemates, Elle and Evie. Move-in date is fairly flexible from late March to early April.
Elle and Evie are both PHD students who relocated to Hobart a few years ago for study. The house is sociable - we love to yap in the kitchen about our days, help each other out wherever we can, and go out for a wine on the weekends. Anyone who joins can expect to be a part of a joyful girls home 🩷
