The house has been fully furnished and u may just bring your own stuff in. The bills all have to be shared.
Crossing the road to Hill Street, pharmacy, cafe, hairdressers salon , clinic and a Japanese restaurant makes you life easier and convenient. Lying on the lounge room to enjoy the water view makes u feel relaxed everyday.
driving to CBD within 20 mins.
For the bedding stuff I don’t provide pillows and quilt, u have to bring your own. But if you only stay few weeks with nothing too much in your luggage, we will see how can I do for u.

I am a typical full time officer Monday to Friday 9-5 in Tasmanian government. I’m quiet and own this townhouse where we live in a calming and safe environment. Everything is closed by and so convenient.
I generally socialise with colleagues and friends outside not at home, so our house won’t be a party house. I am a clean and tidy person, I keep hygiene at home as my priority , I hope u so. I wish my housemate loves cleaning and keep things simple and easy, drama free so do I.
