Our little three bedroom unit in Dynnyrne is close to the Sandy Bay uni campus, the city, the Hobart Rivulet and bus stops making it the perfect location to live. Surrounded by trees and wildlife, the balcony is the perfect place to relax, eat and drink. The kitchen is small but has plenty of space to cook and store food. We all love this house dearly, so please ask that you're tidy and treat it with the same respect that you'd show your own!
Electricity and wifi bills are not included in rent and split between all roommates. Wifi is $72 a month, electricity is approximately $130 per month.
The room comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, desk chair and I can keep the desk in there if you want it (or not)

About the flatmates
You’ll be living with me (Livvy, F 22 years old), Finn (M, 22 years old) and Holly (F, 23 years old). And two very cute bunnies who live on a portion of the balcony. We all either study or work full time (expect the bunnies, their job is to eat hay and look cute). Our house is a fun but quiet retreat so we’re looking for someone that is friendly and up for a chat, but can also respect everyone’s privacy.
