It would just be you and I living in the home (with a spare bedroom) - so it's the perfect fit for someone who doesn't want to live in an over populated share house.
There's a choice of rooms (including the large master bedroom that has it's own walk-in robe and ensuite). Regardless of which room you choose, you'd have your own bathroom.
The flat is full of mod cons, is super comfy, and has a leafy green outlook. It's only 3km from the city, and on the doorstep of the Waterworks Reserve.
There's also a double garage so you'd also have your own car space.
Couples are welcome to apply but the rent will be increased.
