📍 Location perks: You’re super close to a bus stop, Kingston Shopping Centre, and Kingston Beach, with amazing mountain views, a friendly community, and a safe neighbourhood. Two of us take the express bus into the city for work, and it’s only a 20-minute ride!

No pets (Nemo in a fishbowl is okay!).
Partners & guests are welcome to visit a couple of times a week, but the house isn’t set up for partners staying regularly.

About the flatmates
You'll be living with a couple, Idhika and Bejai and another friend, Romany.
Idhika: Hi! I’m Idhika (25), I’ve moved around a lot growing up - India, Singapore, Dubai, Sydney, and now Hobart! I’m always keen to meet new people and explore new places. I work full-time as a project manager in construction in the city (maybe we can travel to work together, haha!) and I have an architecture background. I love Pilates, going out for brunch, and checking out new bars.
Bejai: Hey guys! I'm 24 years old and working full-time as a software engineer. I recently graduated from uni in Sydney (but originally from Burnie) and I'm keen to meet some new people! I'm passionate about sprinting and you'll often find me hitting the track or at the gym. Other than that, I like exploring Hobart & watching movies/tv.
Romany: Hi hi I’m Romany (27) - please feel free to call me Rom! I work full-time retail in Hobart so I often bus & occasionally drive in myself. I am also originally from Burnie, so I regularly visit my family & friends back up north-west! I’m super into secondhand & sustainable fashion so you’ll often find me thrifting on my days off! I do enjoy my own space but love a good chin wag/debrief after a long day!
We’re super friendly and always down to have a chat or a few drinks from time to time, but we also know how to value and respect your personal space and boundaries.
