About the flatmates
We are a married working couple. Our Hair and Beauty salon business is next door in front of our home.
A Nepalese couple, overseas workers with 6yo, who occupied bedroom 2 for 6 months are moving on to their own unit.
Bedroom 4 is occupied by a quiet respectful Indian nurse who works shift work and has been with us for a year now.
It is a happy, harmonious environment and we look forward to having a person or couple who fits in well joining us. We have been here 4 yrs and made some great friendships with housemates.
Rent is $320 per wk (couple $420) including all bills, electricity, internet and water.
Our house is only metres from all services, bus, supermarket, chemist, doctors, bakery, restaurants and 5 minutes from a shopping centre. Its a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk to the city and close to mountain trails and a bikeway and the North Hobart restaurant strip.
