This is a wonderful place to live. Not just a brand new house but a peaceful warm and friendly home. Very central to all services, less than ten minutes from the city centre on a bus route. The house is big enough that everyone has their own space but the common living areas are great for socialising. Modern kitchen, dining, lounge, deck, hot tub, great laundry, heated rooms but also with gas log fire and heat pump in living areas. Nbn internet. Guest room has smart tv and little study nook. I live with my 18yr old son and 24 yr old nephew who are pretty cool. So that’s just an added bonus. This is a fun home but I have zero tolerance to illegal drugs. We all like to live a healthy lifestyle.

House is located in a really nice quiet neighbourhood quite close to the the Hobart CBD (about 3kms away). Also really close to bus stops (I think its about a 30min bus trip to UTAS from my house). The bedroom is furnished (with a bed and wardrobe). Rest of the house is furnished. Bathroom has toilet and a shower/bath. Strictly no smoking and no pets. Internet and electricity are not included in rent. Looking for one other housemate to join me. There is the potential for a third housemate (however the kitchen can feel quite small with 3 people). This is a large Art Deco styled semi-detached house just one block up/a short walk from North Hobart. The house is airy and carpeted throughout. There is also a garden that is independently maintained. The house is fully furnished with our own, well looked after belongings, so you will just need to furnish your bedroom. Your bedroom has large windows that let in natural light, and a built-in wardrobe. There is additional cupboard space in the central hall that we all use. You will share the bathroom with us, and will have access to a washing machine! (The uploaded photos look dodgy but your bedroom is really nice). The unlimited internet is on the NBN - it's $20 each and paid monthly. Electricity is paid equally whenever the bill comes in.

**Available from 30th of January, 2019** We have a cute little home in West Hobart. The pictures up are from the real estate so it’s a bit different than those now. We’re looking to make the house, cosy and comfortable space. The room is not furnished. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the CBD and 30mins to Salamanca. Hill Street is a 5 minute walk away. There is 1 parking spot in the driveway but we usually just park on the road. Bills are split evenly amongst everyone. The lease is up at the end of March, so we'll decide then if we want to extend it.
