Super convenient spot - only 5 minutes drive or 10 minutes bike ride to UTAS Inveresk and the CBD. Heritage Forest is reasonably close for walks. There is an IGA just down the road and Mowbray shops also a short drive. The bedroom I am sub-letting is very small (8m²) so is only a short-term option. 1-3 months preferred. Will be dependant on consent from the owner.
