I would love to live with some like-minded and environmentally conscious people who are looking to make the house a home. ROOMS: 1 large room: $170 for single ($200 for couple) 2 smaller rooms: $150 per week Each room will be furnished with bed, clothes storage and desk unless you don't need it to be. I have one quite large room which would suit a couple ($200 for couple or $170 for single). With a couple in, I would leave the 3rd bedroom un-rented, as a shared sun-room. I also have a 2nd good sized room for $150/pr week. If we don't have a couple in the big bedroom then there is another front room that gets lots of morning sunlight and has built-ins - $150/per week The house is quite big with lots of shared spaces and a big leafy backyard. I have big plans for vegetable gardens, native plants, compost etc. Don't feel like you have to get in there and get your hands dirty, but you are welcome to enjoy what grows! Currently there is one bathroom and a 2nd toilet, however, I will likely have added the extra shower by the end of July. The prices are per week and do not include bills. These will be split. Sharing the house with 2 other people House is fully furnished with good quality furniture. \And great low energy heaters in the bedrooms and lounge with central heating. The garden is very low maintenance. Pets upon consideration Nice street quiet area ,great neighbours a few minutes drive from big supermarkets and mowbray shopping centre . Approx 10 mins by car to Launceston city and not too far from a bus line. Electricity and gas included in the rent up to a point I do ask people to not leave heaters on all of the time . The house has NBN but not yet connected actually no internet at the house I don`t know why its saying internet is included its not
A nice modern 3 level 3 bedroom townhouse. Ideally I am looking for 1 housemate, hopefully to be friendly and make the place feel like a home. There's plenty of space for privacy and you will also have your own private bathroom. All bills are included, and high speed internet (fibre to the door) is also included, Netflix too. Also general kitchen cleaning products and laundry detergent are included. I find the best part about living here is that the house is 200m from city park and a short walk to the pool or town. Also it's only 400m walk down to Kmart and the supermarket.

I have recently signed a lease on a sunny three bed room fully furnished unit in Mowbray. That house will be fully furnished, including your room. That house is open plan living/dining/ kitchen with stone bench tops and quality stainless steel appliances, mordern bathroom with bath and shower, low maintainance landscaped garden. It is just a two min walk from the uni and close to shops, cafes and public transport. The rent will be 150$ a week which does not include bills. Internet will be 25$ a month, and power and water bills will be shared. There will be four weeks bond which needs to be paid as security. Ideally I’d prefer someone who can share the house with us.
