About the property
Modern 3-bedroom home (approx. 5 years old) in a quiet new estate in Bendigo. Off-street parking available, with access to the garage. A fortnightly cleaner and monthly gardener are included, so the house is easy to maintain and kept in great condition.
You’ll have your own private bathroom, plus shared access to an additional bedroom that can be used as a home office or for extra storage (unless additional house mate is added in the future). Comfortable, low-maintenance home with plenty of space.
Rent terms:
Rent is required two weeks in advance. There is no fixed lease or minimum stay, however four weeks’ notice is required if you decide to move out. A bond of $1,000 is required prior to moving in.
The room is not currently furnished, however I would be open to furnishing the room.
Terms may be negotiable for the right applicant :)
