This stunning home is located on the crystal blue cudgen creek. The location is 15min walk into town with 10min walk to the beautiful beach.
It’s a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom split level home.
The room on offer is located upstairs with ducted air con, wardrobe and a large shared bathroom with one other female.

This large home has the kitchen, dining, living room and rumpus room also located upstairs opening up to the balcony that has private views onto the river.

I will be located downstairs in a self contained setup.

Only the upstairs kitchen and laundry downstairs will be shared for all tenants.

There is a long garage that can also shared for storage.

As we have an awesome solar setup, estimate only $15-$20 per week to cover electricity and internet as the split bills. Water and garden is included in the rent.

Couples are not suitable for this space unfortunately as there is already 2 tenants (including myself) residing here and we are hoping to find another female to complete our peaceful home.
We are both super tidy, clean and chilled housemates who love a chat but also respect your privacy and downtime 🤗
