Two bedroom, 1 bath space available for one person in a beautiful, spacious Lennox Head flat. 2 min walk from the beach and the Lennox Head shops. Suitable for someone wanting a beachside retreat with lots of space. Best area in the Northern rivers.

Both double rooms are unfurnished but the rest of the house has everything you need. Front room has a big double wardrobe and aircon.

The back room would be perfect for an office and a place for friends/family to crash when they visit. This will be shared with us when we have friends visit occasionally. Ceiling fans in both. The downstairs (where your room is) also has its own bathroom, shower and seperate toilet. The upstairs kitchen and living room are shared spaces and there’s plenty of room for socialising.

Looking for someone late 20s- mid/30s who’s self reliant but also likes to hang out. We’re both pretty chill, but are after someone who is clean and considerate. No party people pls. Unfortunately due to our lease we can only have one person so no couples or people with kids. LGBTQI+ friendly, no dogs allowed but a cat could be negotiable.

Parking is never a problem and we can discuss garage space if required too. If you’re a super light sleeper note that you can hear occassionally hear footsteps from us upstairs. Our landlords are keeping this place until their retirement so this is an (unfortunately!) rare case of stable housing in the northern rivers!

Total rent is $475/week - includes both rooms ($220 each), bathroom, and all expenses (wifi, power, gas, shared cleaning supplies = $35/pw). Bond is $1972 (4 weeks rent).

No short term rentals, long term (ideally 12 months +) only. The rooms become available on the 1st of Feb, though this date may be able to be negotiated a little.
