ABOUT THE ROOM
The room on offer in our beautiful Queens Road apartment has a built in wardrobe and north facing windows, with views of Albert Park and the city. The room is a 3.1x2.6 space, at the far end of the house from the living room - so it will be easy for you to have your own space when you need it.
ABOUT THE APARTMENT
The apartment itself is very spacious. It is all carpeted and we have made an effort to fill it with plants and artworks which we would love for you to add to.
The best thing about the apartment is the FANTASTIC VIEWS of Albert Park lake and the surrounding parks and trees. We can also see the city and even a bit of the ocean. As the apartment faces west we get incredible sunset views out over the lake every evening.
The apartment is fully furnished but if you have any furniture or large things you want to bring, let us know and we can discuss as we might be able to accommodate them.
There is a common area swimming pool and rooftop which is absolutely stunning.
Did we mention FANTASTIC VIEWS?!!!
ABOUT THE AREA
The apartment is located right next to Albert Park lake on Queens Rd and is a great place to live.
The area is perfect - very accessible to public transport, short walking distance to Fitzroy Street in St Kilda and Chapel Street in Prahran. Walking distance to the beach, supermarket, cafes, and takeaway.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for another legend to join us. Someone working full time, who is planning to stay with us for at least 1 year. We are currently a tight-nit household and keep quite busy doing our own things for the most part, but also enjoy hanging out and having a quality chat. We are looking for someone who is willing to join our beautiful household and take pride in the apartment like we do.

ABOUT THE ROOMMATES
We are young professionals, working during the week and like to keep ourselves pretty busy. We are very easy going, tidy and like to keep the place looking good. Trent and Hayden are good cooks and have fantastic taste in music! We are very respectful of each others space and things.
TRENT
Trent is 34 and originally from Brisbane. He works at Masseuse Massage in South Melbourne and loves to ride bikes, go to gym and stay healthy. He's very friendly and eager to meet new people. He enjoys playing guitar, making music and an easy Saturday morning stroll to the markets.
HAYDEN
Hayden is 30 and from Melbourne. Your typical friendly Aussie bloke. He works as a full time tradie specialising in welding. He enjoys listening to and collecting classic records. In his free time he loves doing Brazilian jujitsu, and catching up with friends.
