Its super close to the city, only 7 stops from Flinders station, without having the overcrowded city streets, so you have the best from both worlds, city living surrounded by nature, super chilled when you’re walking around. Double glazed glass windows, so despite having the tram in front of the building, its pretty quiet.

About me:
Im a filmmaker, writer and events director.
I work a lot so enjoy a quiet time when Im home, while also very social and love getting to know people and enjoy great conversations.
I don’t smoke and smoke smell makes me unwell, so unfortunately no smokers please.
I love living in a clean home, so if you appreciate a clean home, no dirty dishes in the sink, no gross microwave, everything super clean, specially the kitchen, I believe that the place where we prepare our food is sacred, so if you also appreciate a clean home, you will absolutely love living here! :)

Usually I have guests for short stays, and I love welcoming people to Melbourne, I love this city and I love showing Melbourne and helping travellers to navigate this amazing city. But now I’m looking for a long term flatmate.

All short term guests absolutely love this place, various times guests extend their stays because they love it so much, its very special, super close to everything while very peaceful.
Seems like I’m exaggerating, but is just a very good vibes building, just happy friendly vibes, that’s why everybody loves so much!

The neighbours are very friendly, I absolutely love living here, and as much as I love travelling, I don’t even like staying away from home too long because this is the best place to live, you will see, its super beautiful everywhere you go, Albert Park and Fawkner Park are just across the streets, and Botanical Gardens are just 15 minutes walk from home.
And when you’re ready to explore one of the most famous streets in Melbourne, Chapel Street is just 15 minutes walk from home.

All trams from Swanston street stop in front of the building, except tram number 1, and they come all the time, super easy to get around, you can also walk everywhere because it’s very close to everything.

All bills are included.

ADDITIONAL NOTES - INTERNET:
Internet is good, but what telecommunications corporations do is out of my control, I can’t control them when they slow down for no reason, so if you’re working from home and need reliable internet, I highly advise to get some data in your phone, they are very cheap these days. I always have my own phone data everywhere I go in Australia or overseas, because that is important to me, so I rather not rely on sharing with other people, safer this way :)
