Couples' rent prices are slightly different from the prices listed below, but all rent is negotiable depending on whether you are the right fit for the apartment.

The location of this apartment is extremely convenient, especially with the tram stop located right in front of the building with access to the number 3, 6, 16, 64, 67 and 72 as well as a number of bus lines nearby and is relatively close to Flinders Street, Prahran and South Yarra Station.

The bedroom is fully furnished, and the apartment has great views of the surrounding areas as well as Albert Park and St Kilda Beach from the balcony. There is a central air conditioning unit. The bedroom up for rent has ample amounts of storage space for clothing and etc.

The building also has a gym and a common lounge area that is fully available to residents.

Furnishing is flexible as there is currently a bed and built-in wardrobe in the room, but if you choose to bring your own arrangements can be made. Should you require more space such as needing a large desk set up accommodations can be made in the living/lounge area of the apartment whether it be for study or work from home. Alternatively, a smaller single bed can be provided to allow for more space in your own room.

The building also has its own private gym that all residents can use for free. The gym includes some weights and cardio machines for all kinds of workouts.
