I’m looking for a flatmate to join me in my (2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment) located across from Anzac Metro Station, from the end of March.
About your Room:
The bedroom comes fully furnished with a bed and quality mattress, and features large built-in wardrobes on both walls, offering plenty of storage. You’ll also have your own private bathroom. The apartment is on an upper floor, with beautiful views of the ocean and Albert Park Lake.
About the Apartment:
The shared living space includes all furnishings including washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kitchen supplies, couch, table, tv and vacuum. There is lots of pantry space. Spacious balcony with a great view of South Melbourne and amazing sunsets 🌅
Amenities:
The apartment features a rooftop with a large jacuzzi, sunbathing area, small kitchen, BBQ, and lounge spaces, perfect for relaxing with a good book or hosting friends and get togethers.
Transport:
Located directly across from Anzac Metro Station with direct tram and train access to the CBD. South Melbourne Market is a 15 minute walk, Woolworths is 2 minutes away, the apartment is just 2km from Federation Square, and a 7 minute drive to South Melbourne Beach.
