Pet friendly apartment with doggy door to courtyard.
I'm looking for a new house mate to join me in this beautiful large open plan apartment. The apartment is completely furnished.
For singles the room is $380 per week or $506 for couples. Internet is available, all bills are separate but usually only come to $160-180 per month roughly.
This property is in prime location and well connected, there are lots of out door activities near by, Albert Park is across the road, St Kilda Beach is a short walk down Fitzroy St. Trams and buses at your door step, Windsor train station and Chapel St only 2 blocks and the CBD 4.5kms away. Plenty of supermarkets, cafes, gym, library etc also within walking distance. I've been living in the area for the last 8 years and love it here.
The property has a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a lot of natural light and a door out to a massive courtyard which is amazing in summer time. The toilet is separate to the bathroom, the bathroom is quite large with a shower over the bath along with washer and dryer in the cupboard. The courtyard also has a gate for direct access to the shared indoor and out pool, tennis court (I own two tennis rackets if you ever want to play), picnic area and indoor gym (I currently use the gym daily myself and I'm usually alone in there). This property literally has everything you need.
The bedroom has beautiful large windows, carpet, large built in double door wardrobe with mirrors and a ceiling fan.
Also who ever becomes my house mate will need to fill out forms with the agent to get onto the lease in order to get a fob to access the building.

My name is Emma, I'm a 35 year old full time nurse which means I do shift work. I also love to foster dogs for the RSPCA.
I'm very neat, clean and tidy with the utmost respect for others belongings and space and expect the same in return. I do work very hard and enjoying being social, but also appreciate my own space and quiet time to recharge.
Love going to music events (more of a bush doof girlie) or out dancing and drinking occasionally (I've slowed down quite a bit in recent years). I'm easy going, reliable and honest, I do more than my fair share around the house. I love to cook (I eat a plant based diet), love literally all genres of music currently learning to DJ, all kinds of exercise, yoga, ride my bike, skateboard, snowboard, kayak, SUP, deep diving/scuba, go on adventures/camping, I also started dance and pole class recently which I'm really enjoying. I have also lived in London and have done a lot of backpacking/travelling.
Preferably looking for a housemate around the same age as me or with some common interests. What I would like from my future housemate, must love dogs, be cool and easy going, enjoy outdoor activities, socialising, clean, respectful and pay rent/bills on time. I'm not just looking for a flatmate but a friend, someone who I enjoy living in the same space with and can communicate well.
If you have any questions let me know and I'll be happy to answer them.
