Altona Meadows, Melbourne

Our house is nearly 7 years old and fully furnished. We have 4 bedrooms which is the master bedroom is occupied by me and my hubby and the ensuite room is occupied by a single person. One of the common rooms with shared bathroom and toilet is occupied by another person. The other common room will be available for renting on the 14th of February.
Our two tenants are easy going, respectfu and kind people. One of them is from New Zealand. He’s been living with us for more than 2.5 years and he use to be our tenant few years ago and he came back to rent with us. He is a logistics manager who works day shifts monday to friday. He love sports ( cricket) and coaches children on his free time and on the weekends. Our other tenant is an Australian who is currently working too. He is respectful and a very kind person.

Our house is located in a very peaceful suburb, it is 15 minutes walk to the aircraft train station, to the shops, and few restaurants. It is 3 minutes drive to central square shopping centre, 7 minutes drive to sanctuary lakes shopping centre, 10 minutes drive to Point Cook shopping centre,15 minutes drive to werribee plaza and it is near to the freeway too.
