About the flatmates
We are a friendly home, quiet and private to our own rooms. We work during the day and sometimes on weekends.
Peaceful street and quiet place, we have parking along the street.
We have one room available in Ardeer for rent. Approx 10minute walk to Ardeer Station!
Large rooms. $195/per week suited for single/ or couple, which is $265/ couple.
No need to pay any bills, water, electricity, gas and internet is all included in weekly rent.
It is fully furnished, but we can empty out the room if you want to it with your own furniture and furnishing.
Living areas have been furnished with lounges, dining tables, kitchen appliances, fridges etc. everything all catered for you!
You would be living with two other males who work full time, one at Bunnings and the other shift work in logistics.
