ABOUT THE PROPERTY --- Your home will be a three story townhouse on Queens Parade in the suburb of Ashwood. It is a quiet and safe neighbourhood where everything essential is within walking distance, including major shops and public transport. Two bedrooms and one bathroom occupy the top floor of this triple level townhouse, and one of these bedrooms will be yours. The middle floor contains the kitchen, dining space, lounge, large balcony, third bedroom and a spare bedroom/study. This spare bedroom/study is great if you have a guest stay or if you need an extra quiet space for work away from your bedroom. The bottom floor consists of a single large rumpus room that is the TV & chill-out space. Outside of the house is the double garage.
ABOUT THE ROOM --- Your bedroom is a private room that is unfurnished but has a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is next to your bedroom, and you’ll share this bathroom with one other person. Your bedroom is also lockable if you feel the need for additional security.
HOW IT WILL WORK --- In terms of upkeep, all you need to do is to keep your bedroom and the shared bathroom clean and tidy. The rest of the house and garden will be taken care of. All bills are split and include electricity, gas, and water. The cost of the internet is included with the rent. Regarding the internet, we have a super-fast and dependable unlimited connection.
ABOUT YOU --- You will be a respectful & mature individual who’ll respect your new home and the people you live with. You’ll be seeking a quiet living environment, so you can study or rest-up for work the next day. Early nights are typical at our place.
