About the property
Looking for a housemate to move in from 23rd December.
Our property is a two-story modern townhouse with a kitchen, one living space, 3 bedrooms each with a WIR and ensuite or main bathroom.
The room up for rent is an upstairs room with lots of natural light. The room is quite spacious and will fit a queen bed, bedside tables and dresser. It also has a large walk in wardrobe and its own ensuite.
Parking is located on the front of street.
Internet is included in the rent with all other bills additional to the rent.
The house is furnished however we would love it if our new housemate could bring a dryer!
We live close to Chadstone Shopping Centre (5 minute drive), local supermarkets and walking tracks.
We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy, mindful and respectful of other housemates and late night noise volumes.
Currently there is Chelsea and Faye living in the house. Chelsea is a primary school teacher and Faye us a nurse.

About the flatmates
Hi, we are Chelsea and Faye. Chelsea is 30 year old Primary School Teacher and Faye is 28 year old nurse. We have been living together for the past 12 months and our other housemate Kin is moving out hence why we need someone new!
We both enjoy socialising but also equally lead independent lives. We are often coming and going and both lead busy lives. We are friendly, easy going people who are keen to get to know someone new.
