Hi there,
A nice cosy bedroom with ensuite and walk-in-robe is available in a 3 bedroom townhouse.
The house is quiet, away from the main road.
Coles, Woolies, Aldi, Bayswater Station are just 3 min drive away. Many cafes and eating places are also nearby.
Only sharing with 1 other person- me. Bills are split equally for the responsible usage (Electricity, Water, Gas, Internet).
Almost everything is available as fully furnished in thw house. A mattress is available for use, but can be put away if you need to bring your own. Can put in desk and chair, if required. Unable to accommodate any other big furniture. Happy to discuss.
Plenty of parking available on-street.

I am an easy-going person, who is very adjusting, clean and respectful. I work on all weekdays during the day (8AM to 5PM). After work I go to gym almost all weekdays and then enjoy my time at home.
My weekends are mostly outdoors- hikes, camping, food places, catching up with friends or sometimes at home.
Generally quiet at home, enjoying my own space, so you will also get your own space as much as you want, but won't mind having a chat when at home.
Looking for a housemate who is a working professional, clean, tidy, smoking & drug free and respectful. Pets are not allowed, unfortunately.
