Quirky hills house, 2-storey with pool. Three separate living areas upstairs, 4 bedrooms + downstairs, but very limited storage space. There is no garage or shed to store toys, vehicles, or stuff, sorry. Parkin on-street, but is a quiet cul-de-sac. Walking distance of Belgrave village main street and Metro station. National park also less than 1km away. The room to rent is fully furnished with d/bed, desk, drawers and wardrobe, sort of isolated in the children's wing, which has it's own bathroom and toilet, which alhough shared, we harldly use, so very private. Note also, as this is below the kitchen, not suitable for those sensitive to noise. Included in rent are fibre internet, gas, electric and water. Prefer not to have 'working from home', as this would increase heating during winter.
