Large Share House on land for wildlife. There are 5 bedrooms so you would have at least three, plus a separate space to set up as a studio of some kind upstairs. You would also have an ensuite to yourself.

Lockable doors throughout. Rent includes bills, every day cleaning supplies, occasional professional cleaning, lawn mowing etc.

Property is designated land for wildlife so indoor or caged pets only. Regular visitors/residents here include wallabies, pobble bonk frogs, ring tail possums, and the occasional wombat and echidna. Loads of birdlife too. I currently have 2 d'uccle hens.

All but one of these photos are of the downstairs. The last 6 photos are of the master bedroom, ensuite, and finally the studio space for your use upstairs. My rooms are the other end upstairs.

I've included before and after photos here to show what it looks like after housemate finished moving out. Looks empty but lots of opportunity for getting creative and decorating! Landlord will be replacing curtains and has agreed to add a split system heating/cooling in the lounge.

Communal areas will be refurnished and happy to consider your aesthetic if you get in fast enough 👍
