Your room can either be furnished with a single bed or I have a mattress for a queen just needing the frame ! (Picture of room already with queen mattress shown as reference to size of room)
Internet included in price but all other bills can be split even!
There is a small backyard that will be fixed in the next few months but still have ability to plant things and sit outside if you like that!
