Light, bright, and genuinely lovely room available from 10th Jan 2026. You’ll have your own ensuite and a walk-through robe, so yes — zero bathroom battles and plenty of space for your stuff.
The location is ridiculously convenient: the city tram is about 50 metres away, the bus stop is basically the same, and the beach is just 2 km down the road. You’ve also got a great coffee shop, a gym, and leafy parks all within an easy stroll.
The garden’s a bit of a show-off too — lush, tidy, and a very nice place to sit with a morning coffee.
I don’t smoke, and the only other resident is my Golden Retriever, who mostly naps, doesn’t bark, and considers “dramatic energy” a lifestyle she is firmly opposed to.
Bills are $50 a week (fast internet included).

Hi! I’m a 50-ish woman, very active, and I work from home most days doing PR and writing. It’s a three-bedroom house but I live here on my own — well, unless you count my Golden Retriever, who is basically a fluffy floor ornament that naps 90% of the day and doesn’t bark. You may occasionally have to step over her… she considers that part of her charm.
I’m friendly, easygoing, definitely not a party person, and I love to cook and do pilates.
I’m hoping to find someone who’s clean, considerate, and not super noisy — just someone who enjoys a relaxed, respectful home vibe.
