About the property

Looking for a housemate for the upstairs bedroom in our Bundoora house.

The other room is a 3.3x3.3m upstairs bedroom with wardrobe and aircon. This room shares the downstairs bathroom and toilet with the other two housemates (Isabel and Violet)

The kitchen has recently being renovated. there’s two living areas, one being with the kitchen and dining and the other at the back of the house which currently has a couch and desks. There's also a large carpeted garage. Can consider pets.

The house is somewhat furnished (except the rooms), but that might change with the current housemate moving out. There is space for you to bring your own furniture.

The bills are split evenly between everyone and the house has solar panels so bills are usually pretty cheap, roughly $15-25 per week depending on time of year and usage.

About the flatmates

Hi, I’m Kayleigh, I’m a 26 year old female and I'm looking for someone to rent my room when I move out.

I have two housemates, Isabel and Violet. Ella is a new housemate that is moving into the upstairs master bedroom in February. Ages 22-26, all studying and working, and like to keep active during their free time. We’re looking for a female housemate for the upstairs bedroom in our 4 bedroom, double story house in Bundoora.

We are all shift workers and in uni so spend most of our times not home. We like to keep things neat and tidy due to our busy schedules but wouldn’t say everything has to be perfect. We have lived out of home for a few months- years, and understand how to respect others' space and hope to find housemates who do the same.

Looking for a friendly housemate who respects each other's space and quiet time. This isn’t a party house, but not against the occasional dinner party or a friend over.
