About the property
2 bedroom house here. Looking for someone to take the other room. I fixed and painted the room back in March so the room looks refreshing.
Bedroom is decent size 3m x3.3m and fully furnished. Rent is cheap consider rental market these days very hard to find good rent.
The house has air-con in living room but no central heating so in winter it will be cold. There is an oil heater in your room.
House is quiet since there is no pet or kid running around, and will only has 2 ppl living and sharing so there won’t be a fight over for bathroom, toilet, kitchen and laundry. Our room is next to each other so i try to stay quiet and use earphone when i'm in my room and don't interrupt other room/sleep.. I expect the same. If you are a nurse and work graveyard shift, This place will suit you best.
I did all gardening since i rented this place so i take responsible for that.
There is additional car space in double carport so if you have a car, you can use the extra spot.

ideally someone mature, age 30 and above (but not required if have income). A non smoker as house is smoke free. Someone honest, reliable and considerate of others would be good. Keep the house clean and tidy. Someone who has a job and able to pay rent on time. Split bills 50/50.
