About the property
Our townhouse is 3 bedroom 2 bathroom. The room that is up for lease is downstairs and contains an ensuite, walk in wardrobe and a split system. Upstairs contains the living room and kitchen, with a split system, dishwasher and two balconies. We also have a washing machine and dryer in the house. You will have access straight from the bedroom to a walking trail and free street parking. There is also an option for parking on the property (not undercover) that can be arranged. The property is a short distance from trains, trams and buses, and a 5 minute drive to multiple supermarkets/shops. The area is very quiet and surrounded by nature. Our previous tenant owned a cat so we would be happy to accommodate an indoor cat, but no dogs or other pets.

About the flatmates
We are two 26 year old females who both work full time and are always down to do anything!! Emily is a traffic controller and Laura is a dental nurse. We enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, going to markets, and finding new places to have drinks with friends. We are both from a country town in Victoria and moved to Melbourne together in December 2023. We both have long term partners who regularly visit the house.
