We are looking for a person to occupy the 3rd bedroom, an Easy going, friendly, fun, respectful, organised, non smoker, who has a regular income and is working/studying full time, willing to help and support with basic” housekeeping tasks. ( empty bins, dishwasher stack/unstack and respect shared area)😊😍.

The 3rd Room has a built-in wardrobe, is furnished with a bed and mattress (can move out if want to bring own), with central heating. 🛌
A Shared bathroom, with central heating, shower, bath, sink, and separate toilet. 🚽 🚿 🛁 🧼

We can start with a 3 month lease to see how we all vibe, and happy to extend to 6+ months if we are all agreed. 😁😁

The House itself has large shared areas including kitchen and lounge, laundry, deck with bbq and back yard, along with features such as plenty of plants, a fire place, washer and dryer. 🏡 😎 🪴

-5 min drive to goodlife gym
