Hi there, we are currently looking for a third person to share our house in Burwood East:
The available room is 3.0 x 3.4 metres for $200/week ($823/month). It has a small built in wardrobe and a double window. The room comes with a single bed and a desk.
The house is spacious and newly renovated and has underfloor heating, aircon and a decent yard out back. It's also walking distance to Burwood One shops and close to a tram stop which takes you to Deakin Uni, and Syndal station to get to the city.
You'll be living with me (32) -a full-time office worker- and Chris (25) -who works as a youth mentor.
Our current housemate is moving out on February 16, we are looking for someone to move in from February 16 onwards.

About the flatmates
I play an electric piano (with headphones) and am a big foodie who loves to cook. Chris works as a youth mentor and is into musical theatre.
Our house is cozy and relaxed —not a party house, just a chill space where we occasionally host a few friends for dinner.
We are looking for a housemate who is able to clean up after themselves and mature enough to discuss any issues if they arise.
