You’ll be living with two lovely international students:
Hannah (33) is from the Philippines and works part-time as an early years educator. She spends most of her days at school or work and enjoys catching up with friends on weekends. She loves a clean and quiet house.
Gow (34) is from Thailand and spends most of her time studying, either at school or in the library. When she’s at home, she enjoys cooking or relaxing in her room with her studies. On weekends, she likes exploring the city and discovering new places.
We’re a calm and quiet household that enjoys cooking and having a chat from time to time. We value open communication, a peaceful environment, and respect for both private rooms and shared spaces.
We’re looking for a clean, respectful, and reliable housemate who communicates well and shares a calm, quiet lifestyle. Ideally, you’re a single female in your late 20s to 30. Someone who values personal space, keeps shared areas tidy, and is trustworthy and independent. We’re not looking for anyone with pets, who smokes, and parties. Occasional guests are welcome, but we ask that you let us know in advance.
Move in date is July 7, so you'll be paying bond and 3 weeks rent at the onset.
