This is a sub-lease, so the agent must also approve your application.
Available 15 March 2026. Initially for 2 months to 15 May 2026. Then we can agree to sign lease for longer term if we’re both happy!

I’m a Mum of 2 grown boys (20 and 17) looking for a quiet, clean and respectful housemate in a townhouse in leafy Camberwell. Fully furnished. Your room is a large bright room with a spotless ensuite. Features a double bed (no linen included) and a side table.
