About the flatmates
I am single, in my 30s and working full time. I’m house proud and always try to maintain my place neat and tidy. I live healthy and prepare my meals, as much as my time permits. I value the furniture, appliances and plants that I bought to make my place as homey as possible. I love the outdoors and would hike on weekends if the weather is good. I also enjoy a good movie night. I would sometimes invite friends to come over for lunch or dinner on weekends.
You will be sharing an apartment with only myself. The house is equipped with essential home stuff. You don’t need to bring anything except if you have your own bed. I have not placed a bed in your room yet. You should be a non-smoker and since the apartment unit is in a high rise facility with no backyard, pets are not allowed. I do love dogs and owned one in the past but not in this apartment unit.
