House share: 2 rooms with a personal bathroom, kitchen and a parking space. The area is beautiful, shopping centres and plenty of cafes are within 5-10 min walk. The Caroline Springs lake is the same distance. Public transport is available in the street near the house as well as near the shopping centre. Watergardens station and Caroline springs stations are not far, car can be left there to reach the CBD.
We have refurbished our laundry into an independent kitchenette, you will have your own bathroom and an area for dining room or study. Both rooms have spacious wardrobes. You will have a parking space in front of the entrance door.
Internet is not included in the rent, but that is negotiable for a small rise of price.

About the flatmates
I 46, am neat and quiet, work as a TESOL teacher and a software tester. I am interested in quite many things, like languages, reading, nature, gardening, hiking and kayaking, tennis, art and theatre. I like to keep to myself, but if I find common interests with people, I can be quite chatty. In our house you will have the first floor bedroom, bathroom and a kitchette and a room for making it a dining room. Beside me there is another person in this house, my mother, she is 72, but we live upstairs and won't meet in the kitchen or living room. We prefer neat, respectful, not noisy, decent people, non-smokers, able to respect other people's space and property, commit to their obligations as a tenant.
