Looking for 1 housemate, smalls pets very welcome. 2 bedroom, 1 bath in Caulfield south. Bus station less than 1min walk and not too far from Ormond train station. Plenty of nice parks and short walk to a cafe. Lovely north facing balcony gets plenty of sunshine. This place has all the necessities (dishwasher, aircon, washer/dryer), as well as a few other nice touches (BBQ, bathtub, intercom, extra storage space).
I’m pretty flexible on move in dates as it’s more important for me to get the right fit.

I’m a professional in my 30s working full time. When I’m not at work I’m spending time with my dog at the park, beach or hiking, or at the gym. I’m always keen for a weekend adventure and while I’m not a big drinker I don’t mind a wine or checking out the latest cocktail bar. My dog is a King Charles Cavalier, age 4 who is well trained and quiet. She sleeps a lot but will never say no to a cuddle or a play 🐶. Looking for a clean, respectful housemate who is keen for a friendly chat/shared drink or meal, but also enjoys their own time.
