The house was freshly painted and carpeted about 3 years back just befit we have moved in, and has been well kept.
Everything works just fine, we have central heating and cooling, gas stove oven, TV in the living room, and also in one of the available rooms.
We have a shower room with toilet, plus one separate toilet.
