Welcome to the house that is, frankly, too big for one person. High ceilings, giant rooms, and enough space for you to lose your phone, your keys, and probably yourself at least once a week. The photos really don’t do it justice.
There are three massive bedrooms, all big enough to fit a super king bed and still have room for any other furniture you have. We’ll only be using two, so the third can be the official “guest room for friends, family, or that mate who says they’re ‘only staying one night’.” Alternatively if you work from home it will make the perfect home office which easily fits a desk and much more!

Outside, we’ve got a leafy, sun-soaked garden and a deck perfect for summer BBQs, or sunset drinks.

There are two safe parking spots out back, so no fighting over street parking.
Inside, the house is basically a maze of space. Two lounge rooms, a dining room, a spacious kitchen, more storage than I know what to do with, and two bathrooms, one freshly renovated with a shower so good it might change your life, plus a bathtub for soaking away your questionable decisions.

Location-wise, we’re winning. 15 minutes from the beach (the most important fact), 15 minutes to St Kilda, 10 minutes to Chapel Street, a tram stop practically on the doorstep, and a train station not far off. Basically, you’re never far from caffeine, cocktails, or the ocean.
