This is a modern, comfortable 3-bedroom townhouse that I purchased with my parents late last year. The house has 3 bathrooms and a 2-car garage, so there’s plenty of space and privacy.
You’ll have your own unfurnished bedroom, fitted with a split system for heating and cooling, and access to a shared upstairs bathroom (with Luke). The downstairs area is fully furnished, including a TV, Wi-Fi, coffee machine, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and outdoor furniture — perfect for relaxing or hosting the occasional get-together.
The house is in a super convenient location — just a 5-minute drive to Chirnside Park Shopping Centre, with heaps of food options and activities like movies, bowling, and mini golf. Mooroolbark and Lilydale train stations are both about 5–8 minutes away by car, and there are bus connections available from the shopping centre as well.
Bills for gas, electricity, water, and Wi-Fi are split and not included in rent. We’re ideally looking for someone to stay 6 months or longer.

About the flatmates
We’re a pretty laid-back household looking for a like-minded flatmate to join us. I’m an actor and work evenings at Coles when I’m not on acting gigs. I’m usually at the gym, writing, watching movies, or gaming in my downtime.
Luke works from home and is equally chill — he enjoys writing, playing video games, and heading out for walks to break up the WFH life.
We’re respectful of each other’s space but also enjoy being social. We occasionally host potlucks or small get-togethers, so it’s a nice balance of calm vibes with the option to hang out.
We’re looking for someone easygoing, clean, and considerate who’ll match the energy of the house and feel comfortable making it their home!
